So I moved from Abu Dhabi I to Dubai and needed a trusted Laundry service and landed on White Wash. great service until, my last laundry service with them- they sent me 2 queen size duvet covers that were not mine that I later came to find out -instead of kind size. I don’t not have small beds- upon reaching out to the team, they told me it had been more than 10days??? Firstly , I have never had this issue and hence I put trust in the services, never rechecked when I received them back because I’m expecting everything to be as I sent them. Someone somewhere is missing their duvet covers, and me receiving wrong items is extremely not ideal given that these are bed linens and I don’t believe that anyone would enjoy receiving someone else laundry! I am yet to receive a solution as I was told , they would come to pick up the wrong items while looking for mine, which I haven’t heard back
